Welcome, I’m Kara Butcher, I’ve lived on the outskirts of Gainesville in Newberry, FL my entire
life. I’ve attended high school in Alachua, FL and I’m continuing my education at Santa Fe
College. I’m currently studying Business Administration; I believe that this degree will benefit me
in my Real Estate career. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy creating art, being outdoors
with my pup and spending time with my family. I am the youngest of four, much older, siblings
and through the years I have watched them purchase homes and experience the real estate
process which created my love for Real Estate. I knew Real Estate was my calling and then in
2016, my junior year of high school, I received the position of Office Manager with Dawn Realty.
The last three years I have been developing my skill set working alongside Dawn Realty’s
owner and head Broker, David Nicholson, achieving my first goal of becoming a licensed real
estate agent. I’ve assisted many family members with my services through multiple Real Estate
transactions. I am eager to expand my clientele with new Buyers, Sellers, and Renters; for both
Residential and Commercial Real Estate
