Sheryl Eddie

Sheryl is married, to Richard I. Eddie Jr., has five daughters and two grandsons and one granddaughter. Three daughters and their two grandsons live in Gainesville.
In the 30 years Sheryl has lived in Gainesville, she has been deeply involved in the community, especially in organization that deals with the welfare of children. Those who have worked with Sheryl know she is known for getting things done. She takes action and is results oriented. Many of the projects she has worked on have truly had a positive impact on the community. By bringing together businesses, partner agencies, volunteers from various civic clubs and student organizations, these projects have been very successful.
Sheryl puts the same energy in to selling and finding homes. On top of the above activities, Sheryl and husband Rick love to cook. They have cooked for multiple organizations including Peaceful Paths, BBQ for the Early Learning Coalition, St. Francis House to name a few.
Cooking is their hobby, serving the community is in their passion. This lead Sheryl to pursue a career in real estate. Sheryl wanted to continue be a help to the people in the community. She does this with her unique recipe for marketing homes, and ability to find the right home for those looking. Sheryl will work tirelessly to find the right community and home for you in the Alachua County area.
Sheryl’s first listing was a unique property in Fort White, had been on the market on and off for two years. Sheryl did a creative video, marketed the property up north and sold the property for full asking price.
