Josh is a very understanding and kind realtor. We had a blast looking at homes with him. What I appreciate the most about his work is that he is extremely available – he works all hours of the day, and has a very quick response time.
He was also very honest about the homes we looked at, being careful to explain what he thought the homes were worth and if it was a good asking price or not, and if the improvements we wanted to make to homes would actually increase the value. He is a straight shooter.
